Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, rank outputs, and explain what looked off.

Knowledgeable reviewers can earn up to $18 USD per hour, with additional incentives and free access to leading LLMs. You can work from home or while traveling, and you’ll be paid weekly via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on content when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for artifacts, flickering, misalignment, and audio/video mismatches and explain findings in writing.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and provide a concise, evidence-based explanation.
