Job summary

Outlier in the United States is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfortable with natural everyday conversational speech.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining reasoning clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based English conversation with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted features, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English detailing what was seen or heard.
