Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You will evaluate image/video pairs, identify AI artifacts, and provide evidence-based explanations. This role offers flexible hours and remote work from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening to spot issues.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judge adherence to prompts and quality.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom in, replay) to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio mismatch.
• Write a concise, English-language explanation pointing to observed issues and rationales.
