The role helps shape how AI systems reason, learn, and improve through evaluation feedback. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with strong written communication and sharp attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written skills and clear communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Write specific explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard.
