Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare media outputs, and explain what went wrong in writing, all remotely.

Your insights help improve AI reasoning and behavior. As part of Outlier’s evaluation program, contributors can work on their own time, earning hourly pay with weekly settlements and access to premier language models and tools.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt best.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English that describes what you saw or heard.
