Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, compare generated images and videos for prompt adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with natural, everyday speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations conversationally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make decisive calls when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zoom or replay) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or mismatches in audio/video.
• Rating each output on adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise English explanation.
