Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with a flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and write precise explanations in English about what looked off or sounded inaccurate.

Paid tasks use a weekly cycle with multiple payment methods including ACH, PayPal, and AirTM. You can work from home or while traveling, with no minimum hours and access to leading LLMs worth $200+ per month.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Eligible to work in: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or abnormal motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
