Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, and explain what’s off. Work remotely on your own schedule, with flexible hours and payments weekly.

You'll compare image/video pairs, rate outputs on adherence and realism, and write concise explanations in English. This opportunity helps improve AI systems by providing precise, actionable feedback from home.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in on content.
• Bachelor's degree or above is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, motion problems, or audio-video misalignment and document findings.
• Write concise, evidence-based explanations in English outlining what was observed.
