Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what went wrong in writing.

Your work helps improve AI systems by identifying artifacts, misalignments, and issues with realism. Responsibilities include scoring outputs, ranking adherence to prompts, and documenting findings clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to describe observations succinctly.
• Comfortable working independently with flexible timing.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment and explaining findings in writing.
• Providing concise, evidence-based explanations in English for each task.
