Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looked off in writing.

Responsibilities include ranking outputs, identifying issues like artifacts or mismatches, and providing precise explanations in English. This is a remote, globally open opportunity with payments on a weekly cadence.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with everyday conversation.
• Great attention to detail, patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and write specific explanations in English.
