Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in written form.

Paid positions offer up to $18 per hour, with options to earn more through additional incentives. Fully remote work provides the freedom to work from anywhere and set your own hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank how natural and useful each interaction is.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-visual mismatches.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English describing what you observed.
