Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and rate live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare image and video outputs to assess alignment with prompts and provide written explanations in English, all from a remote setup with a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong writing and attention to detail. Nice-to-have: a Bachelor's degree or higher. Fully remote work with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live English conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a concise, English explanation pointing to what you observed or heard.
