Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will converse with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain what looked off with written feedback. This is a remote, contract-style opportunity with earnings up to $15 per hour plus incentives.

You will help improve AI systems by providing precise assessments and clear explanations, contributing to real-world performance improvements of frontier research.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication and careful attention to detail.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable discussing AI outputs and providing structured feedback.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio/video.
• Write a concise explanation in English highlighting what was off and why.
