Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare generated images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to verify outputs.
Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation of what you saw or heard.
