Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to listen closely and replay when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to articulate findings in written explanations.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Write a specific English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard, based on the evaluation.
