Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on your schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs and writing explanations in English detailing what was observed.
