Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversation.
• Strong attention to detail, with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English pointing to what was seen or heard.
