Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos for prompt adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flicker, or audio/video mismatch.
• Write specific English explanations pointing to what you saw or heard.
