Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely and on your own schedule. You will role-play live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off or deviated from the prompt.

You'll compare AI-generated images and videos, identify issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio mismatch, and write concise explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Writing specific explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
