Outlier is offering remote, flexible-hours opportunities to review AI-generated media by evaluating live conversations with AI voice models. You will score naturalness and relevance, compare image and video outputs to the prompt, and explain issues in writing from home on your schedule.

This freelance role helps shape AI systems by providing detailed feedback in English. Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with sharp attention to detail, good written communication, and experience

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
