Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what went wrong in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness and usefulness, spotting artifacts, and providing concise, evidence-based feedback that helps improve AI systems. This is a flexible, freelance opportunity.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening and observation.
• Ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot errors in anatomy, motion, text, and audio-matching.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
