Outlier is hiring detail-oriented reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what is off in writing.

Your work helps improve AI systems by providing precise feedback, all remotely and on your own schedule. Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with strong written communication, keen attention to detail, and the ability to articulate reasoning clearly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to look and listen closely.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing realistic scenarios in natural language.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing concise explanations in English.
