Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off in writing.

Work remotely from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Participation helps shape AI that better follows prompts and improves real-world performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and careful listening/observation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable speaking in natural, everyday conversational English.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English.
