Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs to prompts, and explain what looked or sounded wrong. Work remotely on your own schedule, with payments weekly in USD.

Must be fluent in English and capable of clear written explanations. Ideal candidates are attentive, able to reproduce findings with precision, and comfortable discussing realistic scenarios.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English.
