Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare generated media to prompts, and write clear explanations of what looks off.

Tasks include image/video evaluations and captioning with attention to accuracy and consistency. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive to detail, and able to think clearly under time constraints.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to explain issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text/audio mismatches.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English of observed issues.
