Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Role involves evaluating naturalness, adherence to prompts, and quality across AI outputs, then providing precise explanations to help improve AI systems. Remote, flexible hours with paid incentives. Requires fluent English and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Detail-oriented with the patience to analyze and replay content.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated image/video pairs and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of observations.
