Job summary

RETAIL REINVENTED is seeking a creative, AI-savvy marketing assistant to work with agency leadership on live client and in-house brand projects in a hybrid Los Angeles setting.

You will use Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney and other tools daily to research, draft, design and measure campaigns, while learning end-to-end ecommerce marketing from audience to results and collaborating across content, ads, and analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in marketing/communications/design/business program.
• Strong writing skills and good visual eye.
• Hands-on curiosity with AI tools.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and basic numbers.
• Organized, reliable, and able to take direct feedback.

Responsibilities

• AI-assisted marketing: Use tools to research, draft, design and repurpose content.
• Design: Produce social graphics, ad creative, email layouts and product imagery.
• Audiences: Build personas, segment email/SMS lists, and help define targeting for paid campaigns.
• Paid ads: Support campaign setup, creative testing and weekly reporting; track spend, ROAS, CPA and CTR.
• Content development & analytics: Write posts, blogs, product descriptions and email campaigns; pull data and summarize performance.
• Video & social: Plan, shoot and edit short-form video and support YouTube interview series.
