Profound is hiring a Marketing Engineer to sit on the Marketing team in New York or San Francisco. You’ll build systems powering Profound’s demand gen engine, driving engagement, converting buyers, and scaling relationships with AI-powered agents.

You’ll own performance marketing channels, lifecycle programs, and build an intent model for ABM, collaborating with Sales and RevOps. Expect a fast-paced environment and opportunities to ship repeatable, impactful automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth marketing or related roles.
• Experience with SQL and Python for automations.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI agents and LLM tooling.
• Proficient in building sales/marketing automation.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Build demand systems on top of marketing channels.
• Close funnel gaps and route leads to Sales.
• Design and deploy agents, workflows, and tooling.
• Build the ABM model and intent modeling with Sales/RevOps.
• Drive adoption and expansion with lifecycle systems.
• Run disciplined experiments and codify results.
