Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to design, build, test, and scale AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will translate manufacturing problems into AI use cases and lead prototypes and accelerators.

You will work with data engineers, data scientists, and solution leaders to create reusable components, knowledge graphs, and RAG-enabled copilots, ensuring quality, usability, and scale across plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or related field.
• 4–6 years of AI solution development or digital manufacturing experience.
• Experience building AI solutions across data platforms and manufacturing systems.
• Experience with RAG-based apps and knowledge graphs.
• Experience leading small technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and development of AI-based manufacturing solutions.
• Define requirements, data needs, and acceptance criteria.
• Build reusable solution components and reference architectures.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and alliance partners.
• Publish documentation, tests, and deployment guidance.
