Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to design and build AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will work with data engineers, AI engineers, software developers, and analysts to turn priority manufacturing use cases into production-ready assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or a related discipline.
4–6 years of relevant AI/industrial data platform experience.

Responsibilities

Own the design, hands-on development, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI-based manufacturing solutions and reusable components.
Translate manufacturing problems into clearly defined AI use cases, user stories, and requirements.
Lead use-case development from concept through prototype and industrialization.
Design manufacturing data platform architectures connecting MES/MOM, ERP, historians, SCADA, PLC, IoT, and other systems.
Build and operationalize knowledge graphs, RAG solutions, and AI copilots for manufacturing use cases.
