Job summary

RaceTrac, Inc. is seeking an AI & M365 Platform Engineer to own the end-to-end architecture of the Microsoft 365 AI and automation stack, including Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry, in a hybrid Atlanta setting.

The role partners with security, infrastructure, and applications to enforce governance, optimize cost, and reduce risk while delivering measurable business value through scalable automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or enterprise automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture and governance of Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI.
• Define environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod) and governance policies.
• Establish standards for automation development, reuse, and scalability.
• Integrate automation with Microsoft Graph API and Azure services.
• Monitor usage, licensing, cost, and optimize platform efficiency.
• Lead a Power Platform & AI Center of Excellence and governance guidance.
