Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a M365 AI & Automation Platform Admin to own the end-to-end architecture, governance, and operations of the Microsoft 365 AI and automation ecosystem across Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI.

You will balance platform control with enablement, drive security, cost-efficiency, and business value while partnering with infrastructure, security, and application teams to prevent risk and sprawl.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8+ years of experience in managing and delivering enterprise automation and AI initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with the Power Platform stack (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and AI tooling (Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, Azure AI).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture and governance of the M365 AI & Automation Platform.
• Define and enforce standards for enterprise automation and AI solutions.

The M365 AI & Automation Platform Admin is responsible for the reliable, secure, and scalable operation of the organization’s Microsoft 365 AI and automation ecosystem, including Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI (Foundry/OpenAI).

This role leads the standardization and governance of enterprise automation and AI initiatives while partnering closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure solutions are secure, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.

This role balances platform control with enablement, ensuring AI and automation capabilities drive measurable business value without introducing risk or sprawl.
