RWS is seeking AI Linguistic Evaluators to assess Tamil-language outputs for a short-term collaboration. This remote role is open to applicants in the United States, with a flexible schedule and immediate start.

You will interact with an AI assistant in Tamil, translate prompts from English, and evaluate AI-generated responses for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and cultural relevance following project guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Native-level fluency in Tamil (India)
• Excellent command of grammar, spelling, linguistic nuances, and cultural context of the target language
• Ability to accurately translate prompts from English into the target language
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Languages, Philology, Literature, or a related field, or
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in language-related work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines
• Ability to independently evaluate AI-generated content and provide consistent quality assessments
• Comfortable working with structured evaluation criteria and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, objective feedback
