Job summary

The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center is launching the Institutional AI Literacy Enablement Team (IAILET) and seeks an Associate Leadership Practitioner to support operations, coordination, and growth of AI literacy programming across the workforce.

The role collaborates with educators, technology teams, and institutional stakeholders to expand AI learning opportunities, manage resources and events, and help scale AI-related training while periodically working onsite to support study

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree with two years MD Anderson experience as alternative to Master's.
• PhD in IO Psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IAILET activities, timelines, deliverables, communications, and operational processes.
• Establish learner enrollment, communication, completion tracking, and reporting for AI-related activities.
• Monitor program operations and identify challenges, risks, and resource needs.
• Support planning, launch, execution, and scaling of AI learning initiatives.
• Assist with selection, procurement, and distribution of AI learning content.
• Coordinate learning resources from internal and external sources.
• Maintain access to educational materials for workforce programs.
• Collect stakeholder feedback to support learner engagement and improvement.
• Assist with reviews of training programs, reporting methods, and controls.
• Support evaluation of training effectiveness and adoption of best practices.
• Contribute to reporting activities related to AI learning initiatives and workforce participation.
• Support administration of the Institutional AI Learning Network.
• Maintain membership rosters and communication channels for the network.
• Coordinate learner events and information-sharing sessions.
• Facilitate learning events onsite as needed.
• Assist with development of AI learning course materials.
• Collaborate with SMEs to support learning initiatives and promote responsible AI use.
