Job summary

Old National Bank in Evansville, IN seeks an AI Learning Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that build AI fluency across the enterprise. You will own the instructional design lifecycle for AI initiatives, collaborating with IT, L&D, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, responsible training that translates to real business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, IT, CS, Data Science, or related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of learning and development or instructional design experience preferred.
Experience with AI technology and Microsoft tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end instructional design for AI learning solutions.
Develop prototypes, storyboards, and job aids for training materials.
Deliver and evaluate training with a focus on AI fluency and responsible use.
Collaborate with Center of Excellence, stakeholders, and SMEs to update content.
Monitor trends and update learning content as AI evolves.
