Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking an AI Learning Specialist to design and deliver AI-focused learning solutions. The role oversees instructional design across the lifecycle, partnering with the Center of Excellence and subject matter experts to align content with evolving AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in learning & development or instructional design.
• Experience with AI technology, especially Microsoft tools.
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible practices preferred.
• Ability to translate AI strategies into practical programs.
• Experience using e-learning authoring tools and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design for AI learning experiences.
• Design, develop, and evaluate learning solutions and job aids.
• Collaborate with Center of Excellence and SMEs to align with needs.
• Create assessments, storyboard content, and course materials.
• Coordinate course materials, testing, and enrollment monitoring.
• Ensure learning content reflects ethical AI practices.
