Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking an AI Learning Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that build AI fluency and responsible adoption across the enterprise. You will own the instructional design lifecycle and partner with the Center of Excellence and SMEs to create and update training materials.

The role includes creating job aids, coordinating materials, and ensuring training aligns with evolving AI capabilities. Periodic travel may be required as part of the engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, IT, CS, or related field.
• AI technology experience with a focus on Microsoft tools.
• Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible practices.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or instructional design, including developing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning solutions.
• Knowledge of regulations; Old National's products, policy, procedures, processes, and systems preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to self-direct, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Experience using e-learning authoring tools and building curricula in an LMS (Articulate 360, Captivate, HTML).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design processes; analyze needs and define objectives.
• Design and develop interactive learning solutions (virtual, online, video, blended).
• Develop prototypes and storyboards; coordinate reviews and QA.
• Create assessment & evaluation strategies; measure knowledge and adoption.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and responsible AI practices; update content.
• Update course content as AI tools and processes evolve.
• Collaborate with learning teams, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
