Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking an AI Learning Specialist to design and deliver learning solutions that build AI fluency and responsible adoption across the enterprise.

You will own the instructional design lifecycle, partner with the Center of Excellence, stakeholders, and SMEs, and create job aids, alternate training plans, and evaluative measures to improve outcomes. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of learning and development or instructional design experience.
• Experience translating AI strategy into practical learning programs.
• Familiarity with Articulate 360, Captivate, and HTML for course development.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end instructional solutions and deliver measurable learning outcomes.
• Lead transformation through AI training, governance, and responsible usage.
• Create job aids, assessments, and evaluation strategies to show program impact.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and L&D teams to update content.
