Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Lead AI Engineer with RAG and Python to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions for enterprise transformation, architecting scalable, secure systems around LLMs and retrieval-augmented generation.

Hybrid work is offered: 3 days onsite in Holmdel, NJ or NY. Salary range $120k–$180k base DOE, with 5+ years in AI development and leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in ML engineering and AI system development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and R.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and model orchestration frameworks.
• Ability to implement secure and compliant API solutions.
• Experience collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
