This fully remote, asynchronous role offers at least 15 hours per week, with potential for ongoing contract extensions and collaboration with top research labs.

Qualifications

• Native-level Korean proficiency and teaching/evaluation experience.
• Fluency in English at C1/C2 level.
• Familiarity with CEFR language frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or higher completed or enrolled.
• Strong attention to linguistic detail and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated Korean speech and text for accuracy and educational quality.
• Assess learner speech across CEFR levels from Pre-A1 to B2+.
• Identify pedagogical gaps and provide structured feedback.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and other experts.
• Contribute to improving AI-based Korean language instruction.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated Korean speech and text for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and educational quality
• Assess learner speech and writing across proficiency levels from CEFR Pre-A1 through B2+
• Identify learner errors, unnatural phrasing, and pedagogical gaps with expert judgment
• Provide clear, structured feedback that improves AI tutoring and language-learning models
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts
• Contribute to raising the overall quality and reliability of AI language instruction

Who You Are

• Native-level proficiency in Korean
• Experience teaching Korean or evaluating learner language
• Fluent in English (C1/C2 level)
• Familiar with learner speech patterns and CEFR frameworks
• Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Strong attention to detail and consistent in linguistic judgment
• No prior AI experience required

• Experience with language assessment, curriculum design, or standardized testing
• Exposure to AI-powered language tools or educational technology
• Comfortable working independently in structured, asynchronous workflows
