Qualifications
- 2–4 years of IP & Technology litigation experience.
- Experience in AI, copyright, trademark, false advertising or trade secrets preferred.
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills.
- Admission to the California Bar and good standing.
Responsibilities
- Lead matters involving AI, copyright, trademark, trade secret and false advertising disputes.
- Manage research, pleadings, motions, briefs and client advice.
- Oversee discovery, document collection and e-discovery management.
- Collaborate with privacy, technology and appellate teams; support trial teams.
