The role involves handling sophisticated patent, technology and trade-secret disputes for major clients, with close collaboration among partners and senior attorneys.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of IP/patent litigation experience, strong drafting and analytical skills, and a technical background.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of substantive IP/patent litigation experience.
• Experience handling high-value patent, technology and trade-secret disputes for sophisticated clients.
• Strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support complex patent, trade-secret and technology disputes in federal courts and specialist forums.
• Draft motions, briefs, discovery materials and expert submissions.
• Manage fact and expert discovery, depositions and key case workstreams.
• Contribute to trial, hearing and appellate strategy with clients and senior litigators.
• Coordinate with attorneys across related practice areas and offices.
