Job summary

CR Equity AI seeks AI Interns to design, build, and evaluate AI agents for its lending platform. You will work on diligence, underwriting support, deal placement and client engagement within a collaborative engineering team.

Role focuses on building production-ready AI features, researching models, prototyping quickly, and integrating agents with internal APIs. The internship offers hands-on mentorship and exposure to real loan files and client workflows.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in CS/Data Science/AI.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on LLM API experience.
• Experience with agent/orchestration frameworks and RAG.
• Understanding of ML concepts, evaluation and prompt engineering.
• Portfolio/GitHub showing AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and evaluate AI agents for production use.
• Develop multi-step workflows with tools and document retrieval.
• Prototype ideas quickly and harden production-ready solutions.
• Test prompts, guardrails and failure modes; document results.
• Integrate agents with internal APIs and services.
• Document designs, experiments and outcomes for reuse.
