Job summary

ORI Homes in the Bay Area is seeking a student or recent graduate to design and test AI workflows for mortgage and real estate operations, with hands-on work in AI agents, LLM apps, and real product development.

You will prototype assistants guiding clients through applications and transactions, perform prompt engineering, and evaluate tools like OpenAI, Claude, n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable, and Supabase.

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate in CS, data science, engineering, or related field.
• Interest in AI, LLMs, automation, fintech, or real estate tech.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, or automation tools is a plus.
