A leading global events and business intelligence company in Chicago is seeking an experienced AI Interaction Designer to optimize conversational AI experiences for its B2B platform. This role requires a solid background in UX design and proficiency with conversational AI models. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to enhance AI capabilities and drive adoption in the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, conversation design, or related field with focus on AI/ML systems.
• Demonstrated expertise with multiple conversational AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama, Bard).
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data analysis.
• Experience creating training datasets for machine learning models.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques and best practices.
• Excellent written communication skills with ability to craft clear, concise, and contextually appropriate content.

AI Interaction Designer / AI Experience Architect

Location: Chicago, IL

We are seeking an experienced AI Interaction Designer/AI Experience Architect to join our team. In this role you will be instrumental in designing and optimizing conversational AI experiences for our B2B AI platform. You will combine technical expertise in AI systems with strong user experience design test skills to create intuitive, effective AI interactions that drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and curate high-quality question-answer pairs to train our B2B AI systems on proprietary data
• Create comprehensive prompt libraries tailored to different personas, use cases, and business contexts
• Drive AI adoption across the organization through effective prompt engineering and user experience design
• Analyze AI interaction patterns and optimize conversation flows based on user feedback and performance metrics
• Collaborate with data science, product, and business teams to align AI capabilities with business objectives
• Document best practices for AI interaction and establish standards for prompt engineering
• Conduct regular testing and quality assurance of AI responses and conversation flows

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX design, conversation design, or related field with focus on AI/ML systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and metrics
• Experience in B2B software environments
• Portfolio demonstrating successful AI interaction design projects

The salary range for this role is $140,000- $160,000/YR, based on experience.
