Job summary

VIATEQ Corporation is seeking an experienced Perplexity/AI Integration Lead to support a Prime contractor and government customer in Washington, DC. The role is hybrid with three days on-site and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

You will drive adoption, governance, and integration of AI tooling, including Perplexity AI, across enterprise environments while coordinating with cybersecurity and compliance teams and delivering governance policies and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years IT systems integration or related tech discipline.
• 5+ years deploying AI/ML platforms in enterprise.
• Experience with REST APIs and cloud platforms.
• Experience with AI governance and data privacy frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI platform integration initiatives focusing on Perplexity AI and other enterprise tools.
• Evaluate, pilot, deploy, and scale AI solutions across client environments.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and end users to document AI use cases.
• Design architectures linking AI platforms with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Develop AI integration documentation and governance policies.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement of AI tools.
• Coordinate with security/compliance teams on risks and controls.
• Provide training and change management support for AI adoption.
