Job summary

PDS Inc. is seeking an AI Integration Engineer to accelerate AI-assisted development across our codebase, tools, and customer deployments.

You will set up secure environments, build MCP server integrations with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD, and develop agent skills and documentation to improve agent effectiveness across Mi‑Case products. You will work with Engineering Leadership, Product Management, and Information Security to ensure CJIS-compliant and secure AI workflows while delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of professional software engineering with 1–2 years in AI coding agents and AI-assisted development workflows.
Strong backend coding skills in .NET/C# and familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience documenting agent behavior, instructions, and context to improve outputs.

Responsibilities

Set up secure development environments for AI agents compliant with CJIS, FedRAMP, and data handling rules.
Design MCP server integrations that connect agents to Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
Own AGENTS.md and related guidance to expose domain knowledge to agents.
Build and curate a library of reusable agent skills, prompts, and orchestration patterns.
Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and security to enable AI capabilities in Mi-Case products.
Implement guardrails and governance for responsible AI before customer deployment.
Define metrics for AI-assisted development and report results to leadership.
