Job summary

Mi-Case is seeking an AI Integration Engineer to advance how AI coding tools and agents are used across our engineering and delivery teams. You will build secure development environments, MCP server integrations with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD, and create the documentation and agent skills that empower teams to ship safer, more capable AI-powered software.

You will collaborate across Engineering Leadership, Product, and Security to ensure compliance with CJIS and regulatory standards while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 2+ years in software engineering with 1–2 years in AI-assisted development workflows.
• Hands-on with AI coding agents and development tooling.

Responsibilities

• Set up secure development environments for AI agents operating under CJIS, FedRAMP, and data handling rules.
• Design and implement MCP server integrations connecting agents to Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Own agent guidance files and repository-wide documentation for Mi-Case codebases.
• Build a library of reusable agent skills, prompts, and orchestration patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to improve AI workflows.
• Ensure responsible AI with security, compliance, and accessibility standards.
