Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join a security-focused platform auditing vulnerabilities in AI-integrated software. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and operate critical features across foundational models, MCP servers, agents, and related components.

You will collaborate with applied scientists to translate AI safety research into production-grade platform features, while practicing secure coding and threat modeling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale software applications/tools.
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain security-focused features for the platform.
• Build vulnerability detection capabilities for LLM-integrated services and tools.
• Deliver features end-to-end from requirements to production deployment.
• Refactor and deprecate systems as the platform evolves.
