Houston Community College System seeks an adjunct instructor for BAT Artificial Intelligence to support the college curriculum and teach courses using varied methodologies and LMS tools.

The role involves advising students, developing syllabi, evaluating progress, and participating in department and college activities. A Master’s in a STEM field is required; a Doctorate is preferred, with minimum three years of AI/ML industry experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or 18 graduate hours) in a STEM-related field such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related major.
• Doctorate degree preferred in the aforementioned fields.
• Copy of transcript conferring required degree and certifications.

Responsabilités

• Teach courses and develop syllabi following college guidelines.
• Plan, deliver, and assess instruction using diverse methodologies.
• Advise students and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Engage in department, college, and community service activities.
